Quality Assurance:

If you notice a lost or broken stone, or general/noticeable defects that do not involve the aesthetic design of your item, I will correct these issues on the house for up to a year after purchase.

Please be aware all sales are final.

Shipping:

Please double check your shipping address before you place an order. We cannot change an address once the order is placed.

SHIPPING TIMES:

-Finished products ship in 1 -3 business days unless otherwise specified

-Pre-Orders / Custom orders / Made-to-order items take up to ~4 weeks to ship.

-Delivery times can vary depending on the post service, location, and shipping method.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

-We ship through USPS. Available options are Ground Advantage or Priority. We offer Priority for international shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

-International shipping can take anywhere from a few weeks, to over a month depending on your country’s customs and postal service.

-The buyer is responsible for any fees or duties that may be owed at delivery, please do your due diligence to find out if this may apply to you.

NOTE: International packages sometimes lose tracking or appear to stop moving after they go through customs, if this happens, the carrier will update when it’s been delivered.
